Our client has an opportunity for a Call Center / Operations Executive. This role is with a hyper growth next generation insurance technology (Insurtech) company looking for someone to help continue their growth and optimization.
The right Client Operations / Call Center Executive
We are interviewing candidates with experience building and growing operations in call centers, sales, and/or client operations. Startup or technology implementation experience is a plus!
Hire, manage, coach, and mentor an amazing diverse group of people. Build new processes, implement time & money saving technology, and drive client success. Leadership is supportive, collaborative, and non-intrusive (not micromanagers)!
